All prices listed on our Website are in PKR and payments must be made using the methods specified at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorized or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic shipping within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines provided on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on external factors. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, acts of nature, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional shipping fees, including those incurred due to incorrect address details provided by you, are your responsibility.

6. Risk of Loss and Title
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

7. Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except where the product you receive is materially defective or differs significantly from what was ordered. If you believe the product you received falls into this category, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will assess your claim and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

Returned products must be sent to khayaban-e- Muhafiz, phase 6, 105/2/1, 30th street Karachi, DHA, Pakistan, at your expense, and they must be received in original packaging and unused condition for any refund or replacement to be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these criteria.

8. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Website. However, we do not warrant that these details are accurate, complete, or free from errors. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed incorrectly, even if the order has been confirmed.

14. Candle Usage and Safety
All usage instructions for our candles are provided on our website and product packaging. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and adhere to these instructions diligently and to exercise all necessary precautions while using our candles. Customers must ensure that candles are never left unattended, and they must avoid potential fire hazards, burns, or other injuries by following all safety guidelines. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold Oui harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the improper use, negligence, or failure to adhere to the provided safety instructions. Oui disclaims any and all liability for damages, injuries, or harm resulting from such misuse or non-compliance.
