Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is materially defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

While we strive to ensure that every order meets our high standards, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer limited returns and refunds under the following conditions:

-Eligibility for Return: You may be eligible for a replacement or refund only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting Customer Care at ouii.ltd@gmail.com and providing a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence.

-Return Process: If approved for a return, goods must be sent back to us in their original condition and packaging to the following address: khayaban-e- Muhafiz, phase 6, 105/2/1, 30th street Karachi, DHA, Pakistan. The return must be initiated within 5 days of your order.

-Refunds: We will only issue refunds if the returned items are received in a saleable condition. Refunds will be credited within 5 days of receiving the returned goods, at our discretion, or we may provide store credit or a replacement, based on the circumstances.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Orders
We are not responsible for failed deliveries under the following conditions:

-Incorrect or Outdated Address: If you provide an incorrect or outdated shipping address.
-Unavailable Recipient: If the recipient is unavailable or out of town at the time of delivery.
-Failure to Update Address: If you do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
If your shipment requires rerouting or relabeling due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

3.Cancellation Policy
Purchases Made Online or By Telephone
You have the right to cancel your order within 2 days from the date of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +92 337 211 9555 with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our head office at, khayaban-e- Muhafiz, phase 6, 105/2/1, 30th street Karachi, DHA, Pakistan.

Exchanges
In cases where a product is defective or differs from what you ordered, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund. All exchanges must follow the return procedures outlined above.

Final Notes
We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Please ensure that all products are handled with care and returned in their original packaging and condition.
